Except in periods when we have special offers, all uk mainland postage and carriage is included in the price advertised, postage and carriage provided to all other locations will be charged at the prevailing rates provided at time of ordering by the Royal Mail.

As the Website uses PayPal as the method of receiving payment, your receipt for your payment will be that PayPal receipt.

Delivery of goods are usually 7 to 10 days to UK mainland locations although in most cases will be quicker than this.

In some cases where demand is high, there may be slight variations of the products to those shown on the website.

Any competitions that we run will be free of charge to enter.

As the site was originally launched to provide fun for it visitors, we ask that you respect the spirit in which it was clearly intended and only send competition entries that meet with our rules.

If photographs are posted and the material includes any offensive, obscene, unlawful, defamatory and/or inappropriate material (as determined by our sole discretion) then your content will be removed and your account will be suspended.

We will not normally change or remove your content (except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions), but  reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances such as if we receive a court order, notification that the content is of an obscene, offensive, unlawful, defamatory and/or inappropriate nature, lawsuit or public outcry. When such a removal happens, you will not receive a refund, we will also provide your personal details (if requested) to the complaining party in accordance with Section 35 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Occasionally the website may be taken off-line for reasons such as, site maintenance, switching servers and/or upgrading but we aim to keep the downtime of the main page to a minimum.

These Terms and Conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and be construed in accordance with the Laws of England and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
